The Stock Market: Of Bears and Robins

We have been advised recently that if we wait to hear the robins before buying stocks, we will miss the spring. We would like to make a few observations on this assessment. First, it may be true. Who can say for certain? Not us, that's for sure. Second, it is quite possible that there may be NO SPRING, as spring is generally defined. This may be the case, robins or no robins.
